Summary: This course is designed for a large apartment leasing company. It introduces new renters to concepts necessary for budgeting, documentation, and criteria for evaluating an apartment.  By educating the first-time renter, they are better prepared to sign a sustainable lease. This course was designed to decrease the number of broken leases because new renters did not properly prepare for renting.

The employees learn about proper safety precautions to prevent fire, basic fire equipment usage, and patient safety practices.
